Monthly subscriptions
Plans and optional services recur monthly until canceled. The applicable price and renewal date are shown before checkout and in the Customer Portal.
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation through the Customer Portal. Final access timing, downgrade handling, and any notice period must be confirmed in the approved subscription terms and Stripe Portal configuration.
Refunds
This draft does not promise an automatic refund. Any refund eligibility, statutory cooling-off rights, duplicate-charge correction, service-credit policy, and jurisdiction-specific consumer rights require counsel and billing approval before launch.
Trading outcomes
Subscription fees pay for software access and do not guarantee a trading outcome. Trading gains or losses do not by themselves create a refund entitlement.
